St. Johns Wart will help some. The best results come from tapering off slowly from whatever you are taking and getting to the root cause of your problems. Not a whole lot of herbal things for that.

Melatonin, St. John's Wort supposedly work. Frankly, I like my clonazepam. Nothing herbal can compare and never let me have a good night's sleep...tried melatonin, eating carbohydrates, drinking milk (which contains melatonin), all to no avail.

  5. Yea I have heard of Valerian Root.. It comes in tea, I don't know if you will be able to get extracted Valerian root though.

The tea effect lasted maybe 30 minutes but it was good. I felt my muscles relax a lot, at the time I was running outdoor track and 35+ miles a week, one competition a week.

Try it, it is cheap. You can try it too
    Remember it is tea

  6. Omega 3s. I take a flax-fish combination.

    Valerian comes in capsules too.

Try Hyland's all natural Nerve Tonic or Calm Forte. You can get those at most health or vitamins stores. Those are taken on as needed basis, work in short time and last for hours. Follow instructions.
