I Just moved to the virgin islands from Los angeles and every time i come here my acne gets bad, like lil bumps over my face and its always humid here. and whenever i go back to LA my acne goes away no more lil bumps why is that? do u think my skin isn't use to changing enviornments

It's probably the humidity causing your sebaceous glands to overwork a bit.
Get some products that contain Tea Tree, get a cleanser, toner and oil-free miosturiser, this will keep your skin cool and clean and clear!
It could be the diet, stress level and yes perhaps environment. Although I believe it's more hormonal or face regime related. Do you change, soaps etc ?
Water you drink ?? Diet there ?
