EAGER TO KNOW=Is it a FATAL SIGN of colon rectum cancer?

    If his lungs are filled with water he would be in a hospital and this is called ascites. You are giving such little information it is hard to answer you, but if he was diagnosed 2 years ago and is undergoing chemo and has ascites now he likely has stage 4 disease which is not curable.
