    This is a little bit embarrassing but anyway to the point
    My foreskin is attached to my penis with a little fleshy string. Is this normal?
    I cannot Retract my foreskin when it is erect?
    I am 13

    I would actually speak with your pediatrician in regards to this asap. Let your parents know as well for a quicker response.
