esthetician had stomach flu/virus, can I get it too?

    Had a facial on Wednesday and the esthetician just got over the stomach flu/virus. Is there a chance I could get it from her?

    There is a chance you could have got it from her (if she had the virus on her hand and then you somehow ingested the virus). You cannot get it just by being near her, you have to actually touch something that is infected and then get the virus into your system.

    But the good news is that you're already out of the "danger zone" meaning that if you were going to get it from her, you would have already had the symptoms by now. Symptoms show up really quickly, normally within 12 to 48 hours and you're past that by now! So don't worry about it!
