Hi,
I want someone whos reasonably experienced in workout routines to give me an evaluation.
-I always go on the Precor recumbent cycling machine.
-Interval training. (resistances 5-15, 6-16, 7-17, 7-18, 8-19, 8-20)
-I did 13.6 km today in 35 mins
-average speed of 26km/h while on the higher resistance
-i weight about 67kg and 5' 9"
-no cramps, no real strains... i can do the 20 as easily as 8.
-resting heart rate of 56 (while sitting still i assume)
i'm not working out for anything specific... i'm just a sucker for sculpted cycling legs.. and i love cycling.
what are your views?

not really looking to lose weight... but say i'm training for long distance endurance (which i do do occasionally)
