It's normal for it to be low so early in the morning. The meds may have a little to do with it, but you don't need to worry about a low blood pressure unless it's under 100/60. You're fine.

Possible Complications of hypotension:-
* Shock
* Injury from falls due to fainting
Falls are particularly dangerous for older adults. Fall-related injuries, such as a broken hip, can dramatically impact a person's quality of life.
Severe hypotension starves your body of oxygen, which can damage the heart, brain, and other organs.
Your BP reading is 109/39 mmHg. Pulse pressure is 109--39 = 70 mmHg. Optimum pulse pressure is 40 mmHg. Care should be taken not to exceed 60 mmHg.
Consult your doctor.
