Twitching is really a great problem. I don't think that it's being for over stressing. But i also don't know why it's being.....Ouch! that sounds painful!! you should probably go see a specialist about that asap!!!! Well I got mine on http://www.cococontacts.com/ and they never hurt my eyes...You can also go the link. I highly recommend them and think they are excellent.

eye twitch?? make it stop!?

Ok so my left eye has been twitching for like 2 weeks on and off. I have no clue on how to make it stop twitching! Its supper annoying. This is going to sound strange, but I only need to wear one contact, and it just happens that the eye a wear the contact in is the one that's twitching. But I've worn contacts for almost 5 years now in that eye and never had a problem. I think it might be over stress. But I don't know what I'm stressed about. I didn't think i was stressed about anything. Maybe its my body telling me I am and I don't know it? But anyways; is there anything that I could do to make it stop twitching. Its soooo annoying, and my friends and been making fun of me for it. But its not like I can make it stop or anything.

if you have been looking at a computer screen for long periods of time everyday then that can contribute to twitching or just from straining your eyes like watching tv in the dark. it doesn't have to do with stress but it could mean your just tired. maybe try turning in early and sleep a little longer if you could.
