Its possible the antibiotics had something to do with it, its also possible that there is a underlying cause which is causing your symptoms.

Id go to the ER and get a full blood check and a ECG to be sure. Don't freak out, just go there! After that id go to the local doctor and get a referral to a cardiologist. Take your blood tests with you when you see him and do a ultrasound of your heart and a stress test there.

Maybe worth while getting a 24 hour heart rate monitor to see whats happening.

Investigate it for sure.

if your having any heart attacks ask the people in the ER to do a blood enzyme test, that will determine if infact you've had a heart attack or not.

I don't think its likley but your symptoms sound pretty intense.

This all could be from anxiety and stress also! anxiety can manifest some really crazy symptoms and spams but when you get a full workup it won't show anything serious.

If you think your getting some blood clots chew a aspirin before you go to the ER, you should be fine.

Don't stress, happens to loads of people, all ages. Even me at 24! Perfectly healthy and fit.
