If there's anything broken or sprained, there will probably be swelling tomorrow. If it's still just sore, then you'll probably be fine. But don't go weeks with a broken wrist that didn't swell (certain fractures may not) just because someone on Yahoo! Answers told you it will be OK. Listen to your body.

Fell On My Wrist - Should I Go Get It Checked Out?

As a rule broken bones usually cause swelling and bruising. But to answer your question, It doesn't hurt anything to get it checked out. Have you tried Tylenol, heat, ice or elevation?
