    I get those from time to time. usually they're puss fulled abscesses. they come from ingrown hairs or any number of things. they most commonly appear under your arms or on your groin. They're no big issue, they may pop and drain (ew) by themselves or you have to go to a doctor to have them drained. Just go see a doctor and if it's an abscess they'll drain it. if it's cancer, they'll help.

    Can you describe it...is it solid like a rock...has your mother recentley shaved? Is it mobile...does it feel closer to the skin? Is it red?

    Why would you post a picture on the internet but not go see a doctor? Please, get it shown to a doctor to allay your fears. Responses here aren't going to make you feel any better
