Here are two web sites that have gluten free and casein free recipes. Most of the recipes will also be soy and yeast free. The websites deal with autism so I am not implying anything about your friend -- just that they have the recipes you are looking for.

Have her check out Namaste products! They are great! My son is allergic to corn, wheat, egg, soy, strawberry, and nuts. They are also casein, potato, gluten and dairy free!!! (I'm not sure about the yeast BUT if you contact them they are great!)
I've also got some recipes that she might be able to use on my blog. :)
