    You know it's not SERIOUS? You're describing some of the classic symptoms of a heart attack. This is no place for medical diagnosis. It sounds like you need immediate medical attention.

    First tell me your age and do you drink and do you smoke and do you have vomiting and is the pain located in a point or you feel it whole on your chest?

    OK , you are a young female who doesnt smoke doesnt drink. Fortunately you have not three major risk factors for Coronary Artery Diseases. Cardiac related chest pains dont get worse or dont relieve when you move or when you breathe deeply. but musculoskeletal disorders and pericarditis and finally anxiety disorders should be considered . So, please visit your doctor for further investigation and for ruling out other chest pain related conditions.

    if you are seawting also ...take aspririn tablet .....see dr ...get it check up ecg ...clostorol ....relax.....no anxiety

    I find it ironic that your name is hope and believe but you don't want to live ? I strongly suggest you go to the Er if you ever have chest pain and pain going into your left arm .
