Has a drug/treatment/cure or whatever been found that could prevent babies from getting an HIV from

    I believe that the baby can not get it in the womb, or the chances are very low, the problem is that they get it at the birthing process. As for treatment, they can treat the mother so her viral load goes down and the chances are lower.

    I went and looked up if C-section might reduce the chance of HIV but there's lack of evidence to it.

    Women who have HIV and are pregnant can take medications that reduce the risk that the baby will be born with HIV. C-sections reduce the risk further. In fact, women who take medications as directed and have C-sections have less than 2% chance of having a baby who is infected.
