Drinking caffeine after 4:30 will keep you up later. There should be a calm environment before you sleep so you should turn off electronics like tvs and computers. Exercising a lot can also tire you out so you can just knock out at bed time. Joining a local gym might be a good idea. Also, if you're just rolling in bed and can't seem to fall asleep, maybe you can stretch or do some situps for a few minutes. If none of this works, you could get a bunch of boring history books and read yourself to sleep (:
