My daughter in law and I both had headaches behind our eyes this week. I took two aspirin and mine went away. Here's a link I found I hope will help. Also it could be you need glasses or you have high blood pressure.

I'm working on a bizarre migraine that isn't the typical for me. This time its a concentrated point behind my right eyeball. I've taken my normal orphedrine which is usually like magic on migraines and its not working. Is this just another migraine in a different location?

you are not having a migraine. it definitely sounds like you have a cluster headache. pain concentrated behind the eyeball is the classic feature of this headache. rather than regurgitate and retype everything you need to know, just go right here:

this tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about your headache. hope you feel better.

btw, if the headache worsens badly or persists, it could be a subarachnoid hemorrhage (don't freak, this is highly unlikely) in which case go to the ER.
