Headache...When will this go away?

  1. Sleep is the only real cure for headaches, try getting lots of water, and eat bread, or pizza, something that will fill you up.

    yeah, sleep is really the only thing that works. for starters, you should probably get off the computer cause i've noticed staring at a computer screen can sometimes give me headaches. just go to the bathroom and then lay down on a really soft pillow and take deep breaths and try to relax. i had a headache last night and it works if you take deep breaths and calm yourself. hope you feel better soon :)

    oh and drink plenty of fluids, like koolaid or water!

    You have either tight muscles in your neck or pinched ones, either is going to end up in a headache. When you exercise you are going to be tightening those muscles up even more causing yourself more pain than you had before. Because you are having stomach pain along with loose stools that is telling me that you also have pinched muscles in your back. When pinched in the back, they sit so close to the nerves coming out of the spine for the other organs that they end up pressing right into them. When it's the stomach nerves being pressed into it makes the brain think you just ate and need some more acid for digestion and keeps pumping it in there even when there isn't anything to digest. It then starts eating at your stomach lining and in time that becomes raw, like an open sore on your hand that you cannot touch but in your stomach. When it gets this bad even when you do eat it ends up irritating your stomach because it's raw. The loose stools end up happening because of the extra acid going down your colon, irritating everything along the way until it is just pushed on through trying to get rid of it. Most of the time you feel some burning as it comes out because of the acid. Here is how you can release the muscles in your neck and back to get rid of the problems that are doing this to you:
    Neck
    Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
    With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
    Back:
    (do from a sitting position)
    Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
    You may have to do the neck ones a few times to get rid of all the pain.
    For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling.
