Heart operation question, I'm so worried?

    i have one of the parents of my friends had a heart operation,cut the VEIN and replaced it in one from her leg!!
    -how will she walk again without a VEIN??
    -after how many days will she get up normally from the bad and work in her home normally??
    -will she walk on a limp??? if so, for how many days?
    please help . i'm so worried about her!!

    You shouldn't worry at all! The saphenous vein is typically used for bypass surgery and there is little or no problem in subsequent leg circulation. There is so much collateral circulation in the venous system that the removal of a vein will not make a major difference nor effect ambulation in the patient.

    I DON'T NO BUT ASK THE DOCTOR AND PRAY SHE WILL BE ALRIGHT. DON'T WORRY GOD LOOK OUT FOR US.
