ok my legs have been driving me crazy they itch so bad! I have small red dots everywhere on them. I just started tanning this week and I have been fine but then I went into a stronger bed for the same time I was doing the lower beds... I burned a little and now have this horrible rash! I just want to know what I can do to get rid of it or at least make it stop itching! and what can I do to prevent it? Should I just keep to a lower time or what? I am on birth control if that matters at all but I dont think it does cause I would of got it the times before too wouldnt I? Please help this is driving me crazy! Thanks

Well, everybody knows that tanning beds aren't safe to use. It's your own fault for not listening.

I suggest you go to a doctor asap to make sure you don't have skin cancer.

Tanning beds cause cancer. You should see your doctor in case you have skin cancer

  4. Ew, I know how you feel! I've had that "itch" a few times before. Unfortunately, I haven't found anything that helped after the fact. You may want to try taking some Benadryl. It helped a tad bit for me. I do know that putting a bunch of different lotions, etc. on your skin will just make it worse. I know the last time I had the itch, I tried about 5 different things when it itched so bad and it made it so much worse. I rubbed my legs raw! But, in the future, get a good After-Tan Lotion and use it all over when you get through tanning. I love the Total Immersion lotion. Ever since I've used it after tanning, I haven't had that problem. Good luck and hopefully it will lessen by the end of the day!
