    Why are you not allowed to use tampons?
    I have heavy periods and i use a tampon and a towel

    My only other suggestion is changing more regulary.
    Im guessing youre very young... Periods take their time to settle down... but if its really bothering you ask your parents to take you to the doctors and maybe they can sort you out with medication or the pill
