Your teacher still cares, but she has to distance herself from you, because this isn't a healthy relationship. She has helped you as much as she can. If you need to talk then you need to go to a counsellor or psychiatrist. You are making your relationship with her the basis of your happiness and this is not healthy for either of you. You need to get back to treating her like a normal teacher, and she needs to treat you like a normal student. You need to find someone more appropriate to talk to. It's not that she doesn't care, it's just that this isn't her job, and it's more than she is trained to cope with. Call a helpline or get on yahoo when you need to talk. Good luck.

Well, since you insist that you won't contact her first about this, which is rather dumb, by the way, but, OK, if you insist, then the only other way I can think of to get her to "talk to me about this first" would be through a third-party, like a mutual friend.
So, in other words, if you know someone else who knows her, even a little bit, have them tell her that you're not doing so good after all, and that you could really use some help and counseling again, and then maybe she'll call you first.
