No surface bruising - and no surface pain - most of your pain receptors are on the surface so deep damage is hard to work out.
You could have a deep bruise or a small muscle tear - these go away in time.
Any significant damage will have you in serious pain with percetible swelling.
Give it a day or so - then see a doctor.

Hips are tricky, it might have slipped? Or something along those lines or it's just sore from the angle you fell on it. Leave it a day and see if it gets better. However, in the future you might get more pain from it inside the hip again and if that happens over a course of time go to your doctor. If they don't think it's severe and just muscles or something then fair enough but if it really starts to get bad then you must ask for a referall for something like an x-ray to check your hip isn't going to slip but sometimes these things are too early. It sounds like you justtt twisted your hip wierdly when you fell or the bone's sore... :) Just rest and don't walk on it.

Sounds like just internal bruising which will subside in a week or so. If it was anything worse, it is unlikely you could support your weight never mind walk. Have warm soak & use some liniment. Exercise through the pain to keep supple & dissipate bruise. Rest the elbow.
