I've been working out for a good 7 months. Between 3-5 times per week. I've taken, cyto gainer, muscle milk, whey, creatine, anabolic halo and mega men vitamins. Not all together, over a span of time. I usually have a protein shake before my workout and halo after my workout along with another protein shake maybe an hour later. I'm 25yrs old, 5'8 and 180lbs. I've gained 5 lbs. over this time period but am looking for more. My max bench started at 225 and now I'm up to 290lbs. So I'm gaining strength, but I'm really looking for the look more than anything. I have a pretty good body structure going, but am looking to get bigger and more cut. It seems like I've been getting a little more bulkier over this time. Any suggestions of GNC products??? Exercises??? I've been working out for a good 8 years on and off so I know alot of exercises... but I must be doing something wrong if I'm not seeing the results I'm trying to get. Also, the abs... that stubborn belly and hip fat. I have a 4pack now... but those bottom 2 are a bitch! PLZ HELLPPP! Thanks alot all... I have 3 more months till I come back stateside from Korea and I need this!

There could be a lot of reasons for this. You are increasing strength so you are making some gains and this is a good sign. The most likely reason is the lifting routine you are doing and the technique with those exercises. One of the most common problems is that lifters do not go slowly on the eccentric phase of the lift......that phase of the lift where you return to the starting position. If you do this phase slowly (about a 4 count) and control it often the muscles will get a much better workout. Another problem is often the amount of weight and the reps. High weight with low reps is best for building mass but you must also do a variety of exercises to continually keep the muscle fibers confused. It is possible you have reached a plateau and need to mix things up a little.
My guess is your abs are well developed but there is a layer of fat covering them so it can not be seen. Add some weight to your ab exercises and be sure to do the Obliques too with the added weight. For the hips do some hanging leg lifts and add weight there too. Keep to the philosophy of high weights and low weights. Make sure the legs get a good workout too because the quads (one of them at least) are attached to the pelvis and the development gives that V cut down there.
Diet is also important for abs. High protein, low fat with multiple small meals to keep the blood sugar level and will also give your muscles something to build with. Your body also needs rest to allow it to recover after a hard workout and for general good health.
It is hard for any of us to tell you why you are not getting the results you want. We would need to know more about your routine and how you are lifting. From your description it sounds like you are making improvements but we need a lot more information to tell you what to change. If you have any specific questions you can use the link in my profile.
