I'm 24. For some insane reason I've never gotten my wisdom teeth taken out. They're normally fine, but about 4-5 times a year they swell up and cause me tremendous pain. Well I woke up this morning, and one side of my mouth is so swollen that I cant even shut my mouth, and I look like a chipmunk on one side, and every time I swallow it kills. I can't even go get anything from the pharmacy until after 5:00. So, what shall I do? I am about to gargle some salt water, but I dont know how much it will help. And I took some Tylenol at no avail. Please let me know if there are any other home remedies I can try that will help get me through the day.
