    Hey, I got the perfect answer, not just for temporary... for the rest of you Life!
    1.Drink a glass of water immediately upon arising... Absolute No Tap Water.
    2.Eat a Big Breakfast(Organic Stuff etc,)
    3.Drink Eight glasses of distilled water each day.
    4.Walk for atleast one hour,nonstop, each day.
    5.Do not eat after six p.m
    6.Eat Organic Grape Fruits all through the day
    7.Eat an apple a day
    8.Breathe
    9.Eat a Dessert whenever you want but limit it or go for low fat.
    10.Excerce and Yoga

  6. Doing cardio is the best way to burn stomach fat, don't do crunches only..it doesn't work. Also on top of your exercise, try a healthy diet. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and whole grain food. IF YOU DON'T GIVE UP ON IT, YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH! ...it's all discipline, push yourself for a month, then look back and see the difference, the result of your hard work will all be worth it. Remember, it's only 30 days, not forever...keep your eye on the goal and go for it :)

    Its all about cardio!!! Dont be luered into the common misconception that doing numerous crunches will give you that longed for flat stomach. If you do this, you are at risk of making your shape look uneven. Try burning more calories than you consume each day.

    I heard running thins you up. I ran the other day and I'm so sore! I'm going to do it three to 5 times a week. Drink lots of water and cut out all of the sugary drinks. That's a big one. Switch up the exercise routine so your body doesn't get used to it. Join activities to get you motivated! Hope I helped a bit.

    buy the Seventeen magazine. in there they have great little workouts to make your stomach flatter. i think it works

    Run fast on the treadmill. It will help you lose body fat but its not fun.
