You're one of those people who experience stomach problems when she gets nervous. There are LOTS of us out there. :-) --I am on the same boat.--

I have social anxiety disorder and when I get nervous I get sick to my stomach and usually end up throwing up. Actually, I 'used to' throw up. In the long term, the cure of your problem is just ignoring your stomach. After a while, you'll see nothing REALLY bad happens even if your stomach gives you some trouble and it stops giving trouble.

About today, do things that will calm you down. I usually talk to my best friend on the phone about other things to distract my mind. I also watch comedy films to get into a better mood. And I choose the movies that will suit my problem. Like, once I was going to a job interview to a hotel. I was going to interview for the restaurant hostess job and I was, as usual, very nervous. I watched Maid in Manhattan, so I could see people who do that job with no problem, and hotel employees in the movie were fun, and there was a love story. It made me want to work at a hotel more, and seeing people work at a hotel in the movie calmed me down.

You can also of course talk to a doctor and get a mild stomach medicine. (I still sometimes get one before I fly as I'm scared of flying.)

    Good luck!
