All the medics and food experts say targeted weight loss is unlikely, especially in the waist and belly areas, but I achieved it with colon cleanse. I realize they say that pills will not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been featured on CNN too. There is a free trial going on right now at http://cecucn.bestslimmingforyou.info , try it, how worse could it make things?

exercise and eat right. Try doing different types of exercise so your body won't get used to the type of exercise you are doing and tricking your body will actually help.

Situps. They don't really help you loose fat in your stomach but they get it in good shape. Try eating less too. They won't do anything if you eat all the time

Cardio. Run outside or at the gym for at least 20 minutes three times per week. If you can go for a rum everyday. You should also do ab exercises. They do not need to take a lot of your time. You can get started by just lying down on the floor and lifting your legs up into the air (making your body look like an L), then put your legs back down almost touching the floor (ALMOST, do not put them down on the floor), then repeat. Do this for at least 30 seconds or a minute. Repeat three sets. This will work your lower abs (where most of the fat is stored). For upper abs, you might want to do some crunches for about 30 seconds to a minute. Remember, to lose weight you have to try to eat healthier, do some cardio, and some ab exercises, and you will see results within a month. I PROMISE!

All the medics and nutritionists say targeted weight loss is not possible, specifically in the waist and belly zones, but I achieved it with acai berry. I appreciate they say that pills don't work, however they definitely worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial going on at the moment at http://pitars.easyweightloss2u.info , try it out, what's the worst that could happen?

I don't believe in isolation exercises when it comes to overall weight loss. You need to stick to a diet. Everyone gains and loses weight in different places and and at different rates. Stick to a sound diet and exercises you will eventually balance out.

you can't do target weightloss which is when you try to lose weight in a specific part of your body.
the best way would be to do cardio. which is your running, your sprinting, swimming. Anything that gets your heartrate up to burn calories.

    Hi dear,
follow these guidelines to get rid of belly fat
    - Start exercising. Getting a flat stomach involves losing belly fat. To achieve this, start a workout routine. If possible, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If this isn't possible, strive to exercise for at least 90 minutes a week - running, power walking, swimming or biking.
    - Strengthen the core muscles. In conjunction with losing belly fat, choose workouts that exercise the core muscles. Effective workouts include dancing, pilates, crunches, and knee and leg lifts. For the best result, keep your abdominal muscles tight during core workouts.
    - Improve your diet. Bad eating habits can impede weight loss efforts. Eliminate fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Choose lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat no more than 130 grams of carbs a day.
    - Eliminate alcoholic beverages from your diet. Drinking more than two alcoholic beverages a day can raise cortisol levels in the body and decrease the metabolism. Cortisol increases hunger, and a slower metabolism makes it harder to burn fat and calories - especially in the abdomen.
    - Drink plenty of water. Water flushes excess sodium and fluids from your body, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Additionally, drinking water fills your stomach quicker, and you're less likely to overeat.
    - Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage.
    - Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating.

    Good Luck

calories in vs. calories out. you need to burn or cut out 3500 calories to loose one lb. so if you cut out 500 calories a day from your normal eating habbits and run enough to burn 150 calories then in a week youll loose a pound bla bla bla just remember you need to loose 3500 calories to loose one lb. but with your cardio, try interval training.
