Healthy weight loss isn't necessarily fast weight loss. However, there are things you can do to burn fat faster.
Try adding fiber to your diet in the form of whole grains, vegetables, nuts and seeds for instance. Fiber will keep your metabolism going strong and keep you from craving sugary foods. It will also help keep you full longer and therefore less likely to overeat at other times during the day.
Also, drink plenty of ice cold water. By keeping yourself well hydrated your kidneys will be operating at a good clip, and your liver will be allowed to do its job of metabolizing stored fat for energy.

They have many belly fat ingredients, Dr. Oz mentions a shake that targets the belly. Also, A lot of people believe just by doing sit ups and crunches you can get flat abs of ever, a six pack. But the truth is you have to do both cardio and toning together. You could do 1000 stomach exercises a day and it wouldn't show results unless you burn fat through cardio also
