There is truly nothing you can really do to bring your eyesight back to 20/20 right now. Eye exercises that are sometimes suggested are very time consuming and have not been proven to work. Eating vegetables or taking vitamins will help to maintain overall health, but they will not improve your vision either.
As you get into your 20s, your vision should start stabilizing...and when it does remain stable for a couple of years, you can consider laser surgery for correction.

There are excercises that you can do every day and they supposedly help (wanted to try them myself but I keep forgetting about it)

Eat plenty of carrots, and blink more often to moisturize your eyes
