How can I make my hands/forearms stop hurting when I lift weights? It's like shin-splints in my

    What you can try is going with lower weights and higher rep ranges. Another idea is to use gloves, straps or something like Versa Gripps. The only other option is to cut back on direct bicep work, and specifically work on forearm + grip for a while to bring their strength up.

    It also could be tendonitis, so may not hurt to try icing it after a workout, and using ibuprofen.
