I would say a humidifier is the obvious solution. Combine that and plants and you should be good.

I bought a humidifier once, but I returned it because the instructions said I would have to clean it once a week with bleach. Maybe they make newer ones that aren't like that now. I don't know.

If there is anywhere that you can hang up damp things without damaging furniture, you can spray water onto a towel and hang it or drape it over something. I do that in my bathroom when the air gets too dry in the winter.

Make sure you drink enough water throughout the day to keep yourself hydrated.
You could put trays under your bed with a small amount of water in them (not so much that they get gross, but enough so they evaporate through the night).

You could drink some hot water or herbal tea before bed to get some steam up your nose, and then have some in the morning, too. Most people are dehydrated when they wake up, so having some type of water is good first thing in the morning.

Make sure your nose is unstuffed when you go to bed. If your nose is clogged, you are more likely to open your mouth to breathe when you sleep. You can splash water up your nose and then clean it out. (Sorry to be gross, but I'm just trying to help.)
