Recently my left wrist has been sore for some unknown reason. Might have been caused by me moving around while sleeping. Anyways, when straightened, it's not sore and feels normal, but when bent at a 90 degree angle when I do push ups, it hurts to the point where I can't finish one push up without having to stop. It doesn't hurt a lot but it hurt enough to stop me from bending it 90 degrees either way.
