You can go to a chiropractor at any age.

Sounds like you might have a muscle pull or pinched nerve.

Talk to the parents, and see a Dr.

Looks like you have heavy head and compare to that your neck is very week. 10 minutes is really very small time so get neck brace they can be purchased at some pharmacy. Or use pillow while sitting up.
Go on the internet and find neck strengthening exercises and do them.

    Here is more.

In your case Knee injury or problem.

1).Use neck brace. Rest. (do not play sports and lift any thing heavy, go to a pharmacy or medical supply and ask for a individual support for the injured areas, in your case get it and use it all the time but light exercises are OK ).
2). Cold and Hot compressions, alternately(ice the swelling in your case).
3). Pain killers such as Aspirin/Tylenol/ other.
4). Vitamin B6 it helps rejuvenate the tissues.
5). Apply pain killer ointment and massage it lightly.

After healing, do light stretching and slowly get in to usual routing step by step.

Hope you have seen a Dr. and had a X' Rayed taken, or had MRI done (preferably both). Make an appointment for a Dr. and if need be cancel it later in time to avoid visit fees, if you get batter in time.

Treat the scratches with antibacterial. Like Bactine(it does not sting) or Equal, keep it covered and clean

OK this really sounds like a head and neck misalignment. I don't know why you believe that you can't see a chiropractor because you are under 20. Whoever told you that was incorrect. Chiropractors can treat infants. I even know one chiropractor who gave his own child her first adjustment at 2 minutes old.

I will tell you I have corrected your type of symptoms within 30 seconds on a few of my patients. So, I would really recommend that you see a chiropractor. Also, the responder who recommended MRI and seeing the doctor really doesn't know the standard process. Unless you have had trauma or this does not respond to conservative treatment, an MRI is not the first course of action. Many chiropractors take X-rays to see what is going on in your neck. But more than likely this is just a standard misalignment. While it is painful. your symptoms do not necessarily warrant an x-ray at this point.

I hope this information helps you. If you have any further questions, please feel free to e-mail me at dare2care@dishmail.net. I really wish you the best
