Breath-in and sqeeze your stomach in. Do it 10-15 times atleast. Repeat this 3-4 times a day. Make a routine something like when you are waiting for computer to come up, It will only take a minute or so. You can find a youtube video for this too.

running long distances at a pace helps if you do abs to i think, i have the same exact problem, im gonna start running a mile every other day so good luck

It's OK to snack between meals as long as it's RAW fruit & veggies - like banana's, grapes, oranges, apples, plums, pears, oranges, tangerines, peaches, baby carrots, celery sticks, etc.
Get up one hour early EVERY morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk - then - do the same thing again in the evening after dinner.
Start doing push ups - pull ups - sit ups - skipping rope - bike riding - swimming - skateboarding - rollerblading & go bowling.Posted 1 year ago #
