...i have never heard of anyone feeling anything like that from testicular cancer!!! but if it doesn't go away then you need to go get it looked at!!!

How do I know if I have testicular cancer its like I feel one of them, one is like broken to pieces?

Odds are it isn't necessarily cancer, but you won't know unless you see your doctor, which I recommend ASAP!
Testicular pain of any sort can be a sign of trouble, especially if you were recently injured. Both testes should feel normal.
If you've crushed one, or suddenly it is painful or feels as you've described, you need to be seen by your doctor today.

Go to a urologist as soon as you can. Don't waste your time with a primary unless you need a referral.
If caught early it is 95% curable. My husband had stage 3c and after 21 months of hell he is cancer free and everything is coming back to normal.
Any issue with your testicles needs to be checked immediately.
Go to cancer.org and look up testicular cancer.
My husband had no issues with his testicle until a week before he was diagnosed. We attributed his not having a cast iron stomach and his back pain to aging. We had no idea that it was the cancer spreading.
I am not saying you have it. I am being honest and saying that you need to be checked right away.
