you would need an xray to answer both of those questions. if its broken, it may need just a splint or maybe surgery. both of those healing times are different. if its not broken, it may be bruised or sprained. both of those healing times are also different. go the the dr.

How do i know if my finger broken or not and how long will it take to heal?

well usually you cant bend it and its very swelled, if you could move it, it will have been swelled and usually 4-5 weeks if you keep it protected, but it depends where in your finger it was broken
Edit- the hospital will not x-ray a finger believe me
