How do I rebuild my muscles after a broken leg?

    Hey, I used this new diet supplement from http://tegupt.freefatfree.info. They have a risk free trial on right now. What it does, is clean out your insides, there will be as much as 20 lbs in there, and no degree of diet and exercise is likely to rid you of it. Give it a try out - I did, and lost 17 lbs LOL!!!

    Ask your doctor for a home e-stim unit to attach to your quad/calf. Because of the weight precautions to the lower leg, there aren't a whole lot of exercises to do for the thigh. The e-stim unit will shock the muscles and can be used to keep the muscles relatively strong for the time being. After a few weeks, the doctor should release you to an increase weight baring status so don't worry about this too much. It'll take time but the muscles will rebuild pretty quickly once you're using them fully again.
