how do people who smoke some times dose not get cancer but people who don t smoke get cancer?

    i really need to know but i get i lil bit about how it works like how the cell grows abnormally fast and that it can sperd so how does the cell grow fast how does it stop working

    Cigarettes do not lead to cancer, the vaccines that you take, the fluouride in your water and the toothpaste that you use, the food and liquids you eat and the air you breath leads to cancer. As does radiation (do you use a microwave oven? if you do you are eating radiated food. Also any electrical eqipment around your home and ofice will be affecting you including your mobile phone.

    But first they will make money out of you for there is no business like the cancer business, your sickness there profit £££££££££££.

    The cure for cancer was discovered 60 years ago but they can't tell you.

    If they disclosed a cure for cancer billions of people would be out of a job and even more would loose millions. More people earn money from cancer than those who die from it.

    Does the charity money do any good apart from keeping fat scientists in a job?
    These stupid scientists are restricted to finding treatments (much of which are deadly) to treat cancer, not a penny of the donations goes to researching the CAUSE of cancer, for then they would have to tell you the cause, people could make changes leaving people well. They cant let that happen, your sickness, their profit.

    We are told that they supposedly had the technology returning three men from the moon in the 1960's, Yet 50 years later with over a hundred years of research, billions of pounds in funding and thousands of specialist scientists AND THEY HAVE NOT FOUND A CURE YET?????? THEY STILL DON'T KNOW WHAT CAUSE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! (SO THEY SAY). Just how gullible are people?

    Cancer cures were discovered over 60 years ago but they are suppressed and kept from the public. It's about money & depopulation.....NOT HEALTH!
    Statistics of conventional cancer survival rates are a lie! They initially survive with the conventional treatments which do not treat the cause but the affect, the cancer nearly always returns in about 5 years later and they die.....BUT THEY ARE SILL INCLUDED ON THE OFFICIAL CANCER SURVIVAL RATES even though they are dead!

    genetics,environment...it's really like playing Russian Roulette. I, for one, am not willing to risk it.

    Smoking isn't the only thing that causes cancer. Some people are just more prone to it, due to genetics. Another example is that pale people are more likely to get skin cancer than darker people.

    First you need to understand that cancer is not a just one disease but about 200 different diseases.

    Risk factors include:
    Smoking / tobacco use
    overweight/obesity - poor nutrition and inactivity
    Sun light exposure (skin cancers)
    Excessive alcohol consumption
    inherited cancer contribute to 5% to 10% of all cancers
    exposure to certain chemicals, toxins, and radiation
    Certain virus can also increase you risk of cancer (Hepatitis B, HIV)
    age

    But to answer your question. Smoking does not mean you will get lung cancer and not smoking mean you will be protect from lung cancer. But smoking definitely increases you risk factor of getting lung cancer, men who smoke are 22 times more likely to get lung cancer and women are 12 times more likely to get lung cancer compared to non-smokers. Smoking tobacco contribute to about 30% of cancer deaths.
