I want to break my sprained ankle. Tell me a quick and easy way to do it..no stairs, no hammer can be involved... i could hit it with my crutch--would that work/where would i have to hit it?

i wouldn't suggest that. a sprain ankle will heal faster than a broken ankle. Trust me.
