How do you get rid of the pain from sleeping in my contacts?

    Please help me, my eyes hurt so bad. i woke up this morning and realized that i slept in my contacts and now my eyes hurt SO bad. Does anyone know what I can do to make them hurt less right now?
    I took my contacts out!! lol
