How do you guys determine when you feel really comfortable with a physician?

    Ive had sx with this female doctor once in her consult so that was comfortable but that sounds kind of inappropriate.

    I can tell within 10-15 minutes. You either click, or you don't. A firm handshake and a nice smile go a long way. So does listening, and knowing the right questions to ask. :)

    When the doctor is of the same sex as me. I have to be able to relate to him and talk comfortably about my genitalia, my well being and be able to not be scared to show him if I have a problem. As long as he treats it as business I will talk like he is a close friend. Confidentiality goes a long way.
