how long are you wearing retainers for?

    your supposed to wear your retainer for the rest of your life (only at night) but its your decision if you want to wear it. the point of the retainer is it keeps your teeth from shifting back to what they looked like before you got the braces. i would suggest wearing it for the rest of your life so you don't have to get braces again because braces are painful and they cost a lot of money

    HAhaha yes your "suppose to wear them all your life,however your question was "How long would you wear them?" Well to be honest probably when I remember or when Im boredd lol I guess,but I know not everyday.
