Narp. We all have low energy as our body's start to awaken slowly, it's totally normal. Even after a perfect 8-9 hours you'll notice that you don't get that great "rested" feeling.
If you were over sleeping you'd feel very sore and possibly have headaches in the morning.
what is over sleeping? i sometimes go to bed around 8:30 or 9pm and wake up at 9am to 10am. lol. my body will wake up when i have enough sleep.
