how long do these period symptoms last?

    i no that a sore throat is a symptom so how long does that las before a period. Example. three days before period you will have this....

    sore throat
    back pains
    cramps
    headaches
    thank you .. please answer all
    yes a sore throat is a symptom, it rare . like you said every womens different

    I think it just depends on ones body. Not all girls get the same symptoms.
    For me i get cramps and back pains a week before my period starts and i have them 3 days into my cycle.
