anxiety to leave the body ? I've been having breathing problems and chest pain, for almost 3 months now. I already been to the Doctor and Hospital. They said I was 100% healthy. It's just anxiety since I've been stressed out lately.

You should read some books on breathing exercises. Also diet and nutrition has a huge impact on anxiety because the human body is electro- chimerical which means that the foods you eat effect your whole body and everything thats going on in your life, so eat healthy. You need to take a mineral supplement daily but do it in small amounts and with much moderation.

In all actuality anxiety doesn't leave the body. It seems to be the body's response to stress or depression. I suffer from anxiety attacks and couldn't get anything done until I saw a therapist. They prescribed Klonopin. In other cases doctors will prescribe Ativan. Either way, you really need to speak with a therapist or your family physician.
