So i was playing basketball at the park when I landed on my ankle wrong i heard a snap but I guess it was nothing because I went to the doctor and he said I didnt break it Just a bad sprain. I can walk on it fine now its been a week, but i cant run on it. its badly bruised and i need it to be healed in 2 weeks when me and my basketball team go to Utah. Does anyone know how long it could take to heal?

Well if you want it to be a speedy recover stay off of it and I bet it could be better before the 2 weeks. Make sure you always do the RICE (rest, ice, compression, and elevation) thing on it which will help to. If within a week it feels better... let it rest and stuff for a couple more days so you can let it completely heal cause even though it'll feel better it'll still be weakish.. if that makes sense. Good luck and beat those Utah people! They're agressive haha.
