Depends how good he is and how well known he is. Also it depends where he is from different malpractice insurance costs and different prices for the surgeries. Also it depends on how many operations they do and if they are working separately or payed by a hospital or if they have an arrangement to use the hospital although they make most of the money. As you see it can vary greatly
