I've been doing a workout for quite some time now, trying to lose about 15 lbs....and I've been eating well, and plenty of calories, and exercising like 45 minutes a day, sometimes even more. I've done well for over a month, and no change.
So I'm sick of trying to do it in a "super healthy" way. My new plan is to eat like no more than 800 calories out of fruits veggies, eggs for my breakfast and a few nuts, and a yogurt between breakfast and lunch. Getting rid of peanut butter all together, and anything else unnecessary that I may eat. And then I'm still gonna do at least 45 minutes of cardio everyday.
I know it's not too healthy to eat so little, but I just wanna lose and nothing is working, even when I have patience. I'm just sick of it. And I know that when I'm done losing and start eating more, I might "gain it all back" but I know for a fact, from horrible past experiences, that if I increase my caloric intake just a little bit after I'm done losing, I won't gain, so long as I still exercise and eat right foods, which I plan on doing.
So, with that said, 800 calories a day, lots of fruits, veggies, water, green tea, eggs, low-fat yogurts, and 45 minutes of cardio a day........how much can I lose and in what length of time?
