    Ok So Im A 16 Year Old Male
    Im 5 11' And Weight 160 lbs
    So I Wanna Get Into Shape By Aug 8
    When School Goes Back Into Session
    My Body As Of Right Now Is Weird I Have
    A Little Bit Of Muscle And Im Thin From My
    Neck To My Stomach But I Have
    Like A Girls Body's Like And
    Hour Glass Like It Goes In And Outt On
    My Luv Handles And i Have Like Stretchmarks Also
    Is There Any Diets.?
    And Workouts.?
    What To Eat What Not TO Eat.?

    High muscle workout, high protein intake, reasonable carbs.

    6 small meals a day, 2 litres of water, a whey protein will help, and cardio every once in a while.

    Muscle training will burn more fat, and you will gain more muscle mate.
