How to heal blisters on my feet from wearing shoes that rub?

    Soak your feet in some really salty water (warm). This will help your wounds heal.

    First of all you need to soak them feet in some salt water, you can try epsom salts they may work better. Do it as many times a day as you can, at least 3 for ten minutes. Then you need to let them air dry all day if you can so that they dry out and start to scab over - once your feet are out the water and dried properly then add some sudocrem to the blisters. (nappy rash cream used for eczema and burns too).
    If you cant let them air dry all day, do it as much as possible and wear open shoes, like sandals or just slip on's so that the air can get to them. Trainers will make your feet sweat (you could try pumps as these are thinner material wise).
